I can't get service, except wifi. It shows 3G sporadically but can't actually use. Notification of "not verizon sim" won't go away. TPO site says I'm not activated at "my account" but I can log in?? I've done configuration 4 times, called ##72786# and 1234 is not accepted as account # so phone calls are impossible as well as text are refusing to work...I super super need my phone for working 3 jobs

Hi Lisa, sorry to hear you are having issues with the service. Looks like your porting request hasn't come through yet. It might be that your previous carrier hasn't confirmed the port out. I understand there is already ticket raised for you, I will remind the team to get back to you on this asap

Hi Santheryde, you need to go to https://store.tpo.com/ and click on My Account link in the top right corner. Once you access your account, look for the Usage tab. Let me know if you need any further help!

under the usage tab it just says "0 megabytes" under remaining data but I've had service for a few days now. Under your plan allowance "your data" it says 0 also.

Hi Swathi, data is working just fine, so its just the display not working. I always want to know how much I've used along the month, so I can pace myself. Are there any short codes or dial pad sequence to use to check also? I know Sprint uses short code of 1311, T-Mobile uses #932#, etc..

Hi Natalia, I've been having lots of problems with the service recently. On Tuesday afternoon, my data stopped working out of the blue and when I called cust serv the next morning, they told me to reset my phone. That didn't work. Whole day w/o data. Called this morning, rep said I exhausted my whole data alotment, supposedly over 5.33gb when my phone shows usage of only 3.6gb. Ok, that's fine, so I went ahead and ordered another 1 gig worth to hold me over to the next billing period. Rep took my CC info, and said to restart my phone and all would be good. That didn't work. The whole day no data. This is starting to get frustrating. Will call custserv again for the 3rd day straight once they open up tomorrow morning.

Yeah, got off the phone with the TPO team this morning and they said the extra gig i purchased yesterday is exhausted already. I said how can that be if the data didn't even work? Rep said it went to cover the overage. I said, what overage? This is for additional data. She opened a ticket. Yeah, there seems to be lots of glitches with your system and I'm contemplating moving services if I don't get resolution soon. Sucks too, cause I really like the idea behind TPO.

No, it has not worked the entire day. When i go to a website, it redirects to the TPO page, so I know the phone is able to access data, however there is the issue from your end that's been a real huge headache and your representatives making these mistakes are not very favorable. I've been charged for the add-on for 2 days now and still no data since Tuesday afternoon. I was supposed to get a call back as the ticket was issued and no one called. I'd like to have some sort of courtesy refund or credit for having going through this as I use my phone for business. But above all, I'd like to have service that works that I paid for.

I just called cust care again, and they told me "we're still working on the resolution." I know you're trying to help as much as possible but I'm not sure why this error on your end is taking so long. If the service is not functioning properly by this weekend, I will take my service elsewhere and demand a refund.

Hi Natalia, it works now. I did receive a call back from cust care rep stating they added on a gig. I was just wondering how I exhausted over 5gigs so quick when the data usage counter on the phone itself shows 3.6. that's a huge discrepancy. I'm hoping I'm not getting short changed for the amount I pay for. That's the whole reason I was checking where I can find usage stats so I know how much I've used along the way. Anyways, thanks for your assistance.

Glad it finally worked! We will check regarding your usage. You should be able to check your usage online soon, we are now testing the API. Sorry it's taking longer than expected. And thanks for reporting about your problem - we just started and not everything is smooth yet, but I am sure those issues will be fixed soon.

The usage page on the website now updates to say I have 1GB on 'your data' under 'plan allowance' but still says 0MB under 'remaining data' under 'remaining this cycle'. Just a quick update

It seems like it. It now shows what my plan allowance is and what is remaining. Do you know how often it refreshes? Daily, 12 hr period?
