I have a new SIM card and another phone, but my old account. Do I need to call Tpo to activate my phone with the same number as the original phone? And if yes, what is the Customer Service number in the US?

If I go outside US and have my ordinary plan, what will happen? will the sim stop working and won't receive text messages and able to use my data?

Hi, our service does not work outside the US, sorry.

I just activated a few days ago and I haven't been able to get data and mms working. I've followed all of the suggestions but no luck.

Thanks Staci. I don't know if you are a community member or a TPO staff member but there are no specific organizations listed on the linked page above. I know when you do the actual sign-up you are given a pretty decent selection of organizations to choose from, but I can't find that "list" anywhere on the site. I don't understand why TPO would not want the list of organizations we can support to NOT be visible, since besides good pricing and good customer service are certainly part of what TPO is offering, the company makes such a big deal about sharing. This makes no sense.

By the way, you can support any charity that is registered as a 501c, it does not have to be on our list.

hi! i had blocked my debit card since i lost my wallet and forgot to link my TPO account to the new card, so yesterday my sim was blocked after two unsuccessful debit attempts. i immediately updated the card info, but how long will it take to get my sim unblocked?thanks

Hello! I just ordered my SIM card. I was wondering, since it didn't tell me anything regarding shipping, cost, and etc. How long will it take for my SIM to get here?

Hi, it should take 5 to 7 business days and there is no cost at all.

My current phone is broken and this is the one that's registered with TPO is there anyway to switch service to another phone with the same SIM?

As long as it is the same type of phone (GSM or CDMA) and it works on our network you can just switch the SIM.

Many of our phones have that information built into the OS and if you have it, it will most likely be found somewhere in the settings menu.

Hi, it depends on how long it takes your previous carrier to approve but usually no more than 2 or 3 days.

Friends here is a service I am looking for:
Blocking Telemarketer (Robocalls)
Simply call your telephone provider and ask them to put a telemarketer block on your line.
How it works: When anyone calls your number, they are met with the message: "If you are a telemarketer, hang up. If not, press 1 to complete your call.
How is TPO on this?

I purchase a pre-owned Sprint Samsung Galaxy S6 with a previously used sim card in it. Will I be able to activate this phone on TPO and port my number from Tello, or do I need to purchase a TPO CDMA sim card?

Hi I have received a new sim card and tried to activate it, but it looks strange because I see "You have already activated a plan for this account. Please see the details of your plan below" but there is no info in my account. I didn't make it to the payment page so I assume I still not activate my service successfully. Please help me with it.

When i try to make a call i get "you have insufficient funds to make this call." But i have an unlimited plan and my monthly payment was successful on May 07. Why is this happening?

I just got a new sim card and called this morning to have it activated. I have tried the advice article listed above "Update your data and MMS settings" and I am still not able to make or receive any calls after restarting my phone and following the above steps.

I sign up for TPO yesterday and gave all the information to port my phone number from Ting. Ting disable my phone and TPO hasn't activated yet. I can't contact the customer care number because the phone isn't activate yet.

TPO contacted me within a few minutes with a new code to type into my phone to fix the problem, Thanks TPO for the fast fix for my problem. Some phones need a different code than what is on the web page.

I'm no tech wiz., so my question is probably to basic for some of you. I'm considering TPO but I need a phone, not in love with what they offer. Have found a Moto G Play that meets my needs and pocketbook. It is an unlocked phone that claims to be fully compatible to the Sprint network. Is that enough info to determine if it will work with TPO or do I need more. Thanks if you can help me with this.

To whom it may concern,

Thanks for reading my post. I purchased a TPO tablet plan for my windows 10 tablet. As there is no sim card slot, I got a 3G/4G USB modem to access the internet. However, my USB modem does not recognize the sim card and I can not get access to the internet.

Is there a way to connect to a 3G/4G internet via USB modem? Or maybe I need to request a validation from the TPO group?

FYI, I would only use 200M/month (at most) of data for sending emails, so there should not be issues of abuse of internet usage.
