Please see ive contact this company via this format and replied to your generic emails with no help

Ive recharged my acct iv updated everything i've turned my ph off, I cannot stay here on wifi for another 2 hours with no help. I have attached 7 pictures showing proof of my pay history, my updates acct, new pmt, everything but still no help. my card was stolen so I got a new card and my old card was on auto pay. I've never missed a pmt.. I need to get to my infant son... help me

For minutes used, does that only count minutes when I made the phone call or does it include minutes when someone calls me.

Both, minutes count for anytime spent talking on the phone.

Whenever someone leaves me a voicemail and I go into the voicemailbox to listen to it, it is nothing but a minute of silence. When the silent "message" is over, I can't save or delete the message using the normal 9 or 7. After a minute or two of trying in vain to get the 7 or 9 to do something, the voicemailbox simply hangs up on me.

This has been going on for over a month; I had to change my voicemail greeting to an instruction to all my callers to either text me or call me back, because I can't hear any of their voicemails.

I raised another ticket. The first person I talked to about the cc program not working told me this morning it was fixed. Well, sorry but it's not. Still can't update my cc info. I just want to pay my bill online instead of tracking down someone to borrow the there phone to call. :(

Thanks for the reply. My new card has arrived anyways.

How come there's no chat support? When I've had issues with billing renewal or service I'm obviously not able to call because my phone isn't working. It's really inconvenient to have to wait and borrow someone else's phone.

to the device itself and not the service.

I keep trying to out my cc info onto my account to pay my bill. But it keeps telling me that there's no cc info after I saved it..help?

Having the same issue as of two minutes ago. I changed my billing address over the phone months ago, but my old billing address is still the only one that shows on the /my_account/settings page, under "Billing Information."
I tried the "delete card" button, and it said it deleted but upon going back to the settings page the billing address was still there.

Then I tried the "add new card" form, and it said it was submitted, but after that, when I refreshed the settings page, my old address still showed. It's like the zombie billing address.

I add my card for billing and it says saved. Then I go to my account page and it says there is no card on my account. I've tried several different cards. Any idea what the hell is going on? Also, I can't find a way to change my billing address.

I am having the same ptoblem. If they reply back please call tpo I'm gonna throw a fit. How can I call if my phones not working because the system won't take my info to pay for the service. Ugh

I called and ended up having to give the rep on the phone my card number to add it and now it shows on there. Chat support would be helpful since it's difficult to call when your phone isn't working.

Hi Alvaro, unfortunately, we do not offer any service in Canada, so your phone will not work. If your device is unlocked and a GSM phone, you can buy a SIM card in Canada to use while up there.

Hi, our phones do not work outside of the US. Unfortunately you cannot use your device in mexico.

Why is the autopay date continue to move backward. A year ago it was the 22nd of the month. Now it is the 16th. i have lost a week from my billing.

My phone (Iphone 6 Plus) keeps saying "No Sim" in corner and won't let me make or receive calls. I've had the TPO SIM installed and activated/working for a week with no issues until today. When I turn off the phone and turn it back on it temporarily resolves this issue before eventually displaying the "No SIM" message once again.
