Ive recharged my acct iv updated everything i've turned my ph off, I cannot stay here on wifi for another 2 hours with no help. I have attached 7 pictures showing proof of my pay history, my updates acct, new pmt, everything but still no help. my card was stolen so I got a new card and my old card was on auto pay. I've never missed a pmt.. I need to get to my infant son... help me
Whenever someone leaves me a voicemail and I go into the voicemailbox to listen to it, it is nothing but a minute of silence. When the silent "message" is over, I can't save or delete the message using the normal 9 or 7. After a minute or two of trying in vain to get the 7 or 9 to do something, the voicemailbox simply hangs up on me.
I raised another ticket. The first person I talked to about the cc program not working told me this morning it was fixed. Well, sorry but it's not. Still can't update my cc info. I just want to pay my bill online instead of tracking down someone to borrow the there phone to call. :(

My phone (Iphone 6 Plus) keeps saying "No Sim" in corner and won't let me make or receive calls. I've had the TPO SIM installed and activated/working for a week with no issues until today. When I turn off the phone and turn it back on it temporarily resolves this issue before eventually displaying the "No SIM" message once again.
