Does TPO have any immediate plans to fix service, or are you just continually going to refer everyone to open a ticket or call TPO-TEAM?
This has been going on for 6 months. Everyone knows service gets killed the day of recharge.
You have to call tpo from a different line (since your cell won't work), wait on hold over an hour, get service restored, then never get mms fixed.
BUT WAIT! You'll have me open a ticket, call tpo, have me hold my breath, stand on my head, and pray that changing my settings will work.
Guess what? I shouldn't have to changey settings every month bc tpo can't get it together.
And the I want my account number to cancel service, get put on hold 47 minutes, then disconnected. Try to call this am, and your customer service keeps bankers hours.
Loved the concept but your service is atrocious.
I am so so so disapointed with this carrier. After months using it, I recognize that I have problems every month. Last month and the month before, I was overcharged $10. I had contacted to the Customer Service three times untill they gave me the refund. Last month, I have made four phone calls but nothing has changed so far. And today, I can not make or get any phone call. It happened few months ago, too. Too bad. They always tell me to contact the Customer Service. Ridiculous!
I cant text or call anyone. I tried to text my friends and it says "Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active." What is that mean? I checked my account and my bill is paid. Also in my usage section is says that i have 0 texts 0 mins and 0 data. What is happening?
Why do I suddenly have no goddamn service when I'm on autopay and nothing has changed? No call? No text? no email? to let me know I'm about to be cut off and why, so I can fix it? My account shows 0 minutes, 0 texts and 0 data, but the credit card is the same as always and autopay is still on. This is SHIT customer service. And no option to call anyone after 7PM EST. Does anyone know what I can do to try to get this back on?
Adding and Saving Credit Card payment information - Not being saved:
I've tried to add a new credit card to my account for payments and after entering in the information for the card, I then click save. When the my account screen refreshes it still says that you have no credit card on file. my service end date is coming up in just a couple of days and I would really like to avoid any interruptions in service. Please help!
I'm told my account has no minutes left. Yet I have auto pay and my account shows TPO took the payment today, so why is my phone not working? I didn't get the usual text telling me TPO has charged my credit card either. Yet I get a text from TPO telling me I'm out of minutes. I do not know. Been here four months now and its been issue free until today. Hope this is not a sign of things to come.

How can I call when my phone cant make or receive calls? I understand TPO needs to run thin customer care to provide competetive plans to us, customers(Thank you for that) However can you pls provide alternate ways other than phone for reaching one of you?
