I have currently come across the problem of my texts not sending to one of my contacts. I can receive and send texts to others and ring all of the others. I have tried force roam messages and deleting and reinstalling the contact but no luck. Any ideas/ solutions?
I’m in the Canary Islands on holiday at the moment and according to TPO I should be able to roam here. I activated roaming before I left the UK and have followed their instructions with regards to the APN settings while I’ve been out here. I still get the error message ‘PDP Authentication Failure’ or that I do not have the privileges to access data. The only network here that my phone will connect to is Movistar... has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can get this to work? If roaming doesn’t actually work on TPO then I think I might have to leave for a larger network which would be a shame. Thanks!
This forum is weird. I was under the impression this discussion would be about TPO, phones, technical support, etc, but hopefully someone will find my question amongst all the pseudo-Twitter garbage here.
UPDATE: I managed to find a UK-based page! Oh...but it looks like nobody ever replies to anything...but here goes...
Anyway, TPO's voicemail is terrible. How do I find out when a message was left? There seems to be no option to get message details. My last mobile provider announced the time and date of each message.
Also, why on earth does it take three presses of "1" to hear my messages when I call voicemail? It's something like:
Press 1 to hear your messages
Press 1 to play your first message
Press 1 to play this message, 2 to skip it, 3 to delete it....
....ACTUALLY HEAR THE MESSAGE (without any indication of when it was left)
AAARGH!!! How ridiculous is that? Are there any plans to scrap/change this voicemail system? It is truly awful.
But back to my question: How do I find out when a message was left? Hello? Anybody out there? HELLOOO?? Anyone?

Have been trying to get MMS working on my Samsung Galaxy S7 for over a year. Tried all the instructions on the TPO site for Android (two sets of instructions, completely different and not covering the long list of APN settings on my phone - plus a link to a highly technical APN software site which should not be customer facing and is 100% incomprehensible). Tried to raise a support ticket, got endless errors ('ERROR: Please return and fill out the following required fields:Stopper') so couldn't even do that.
This is doing my head in. Hoping for some help.
Got pay monthly SIM .can make calls ok .cannot receive calls - the caller receives message "the number you called is not recognised" .Handset is iPhone can receive SmS from another iPhone but not from any other phone. Have raised ticket #129873 but have heard nothing back .Can TPO team help please
So I'm now on the 19th working day (about a month) after requesting my old number to transfer to my new TPO SIM. That number does not work at all and I cannot receive calls or texts on my temporary TPO number, so I've had to order another SIM from my old network provider for ANOTHER temporary number.
Anyone else having such a joyous transfer?
