idk about anyone else but im trying to set up my iphone 5 (unlocked) and although when i check to see whether or not i can use it with a cdma or gsm,it says im ok, when i try and activate it on cdma, it says i am not copatible
There should be a way to de-activate an account and de-link it from an e-mail address, so the e-mail address can be used to start another account. Anyone know how? Better idea would be to have the ability to sign up all phones on the same account. I would donate my 10% to that cause. Anyone know why TPO uses such a strange way to set-up accounts and phones?
I just got my free Sim and I put it in my old phone, Blu Life One. Works great so far. But this is a test run. I really want to use it in my Moto G4. When I popped it into the Moto, it said "no sim" so should I assume it simply won't work with the Moto G4? I can tell you that I input the Moto's IMEI number in the compatibility checker and it didn't like it. Has anyone been able to use a Moto G4 on TPO?
TPO should be developed more like personal blog platform - and not so much of copy some other social media sites.
Many things are already working but it should have some properties to customize UI, colors, fonts and functions what is visible in ones blog and what parts are not. Users also need web-services what are more integrated to other systems what they already use, so open API is important.
TPO ignores requests for help.
In April I paid £50 to use my phone abroad. I have asked for this refunding, bit they won't refund it.
I have asked for the internet child filter to be removed. It is still on
I have a credit balance of over £20, which I cannot use to buy a bundle. TPO will not advise how to spend it so I have to spend more money each month to buy a bundle.

U had switchover recently and i successfuly got number switchovered, but when I want to go on internet and I turn 4G data on, it immediately loose signal and it start flashing signal bar and saying tpo 4g unavailable..
When I switch to 3G it is ok..
So what is the point going 4g when it isn't working..
And I tried original 3UK SIM 4G and all is perfectly working.. You have something wrong with your TPO thing..!
Please sort it out..
hi on number 07410959155 imposible to make calls started today some numbers say they are wrong some say im out of calling credit altough i have bundle ordered week ago,so there is no way im out of credit or minutes, other number 07410959159 has problem with 4g as soon i enable 4g on my phone it starts to disconect service showing no service and 4g no service 4g with 1 sec interval,and i cant recieve calls as well with 4g enabled, tested my phone with other sim cards 4g works fine on all, and finally cant check how much i have left in my bundle sending blank sms on 1250 on both sim cards.
just wana say im running out of patience with you guys and im planing to move to other operator, so please sort things out asap
