Step 1: Write down your top 4 priorities where you see them every day.
At Girls on the Run we focus on making intentional and thoughtful decisions when it comes to ourselves, our relationships and our community. This is not always easy, and in order to make thoughtful decisions that align with the things that are important to us, we often need to stop and take a breather.

Towards the end of each season, thousands of Girls on the Run girls work with their team to plan and implement a community impact project. Our hope is that girls will use the skills and confidence they build while completing the community impact project to inspire even more change in their community and throughout the world!
This month we're showing our attitude of gratitude! Towards the end of the Girls on the Run season, each team makes a meaningful contribution to society through a community impact project. This experience demonstrates to girls the unimaginable strength that comes from helping others.
This awesome team from Girls On The Run Atlanta is focused on thanking firemen for all they do for the community. Way to go, girls!

When girls stand united and raise their voices, they have the collective power to change the world! In recognition of International Day of the Girl on October 11th, we're excited to support our friends at Malala Fund as they raise girls' voices and ensure every girl has access to 12 years of free, safe, quality primary and secondary education. At Girls on the Run, we stand #withMalala

In celebration of National Bullying Prevention Month we're highlighting the importance of standing up for yourself.
Standing up for yourself means so many things. It means being confident in exploring and sharing your identity. It means standing up to the pressures of society to look and act a certain way. With friends and peers it may mean standing up to a bully. The possibilities are endless. At Girls on the Run, we teach girls to stand up for themselves by inspiring confidence and allowing them to recognize their infinite value.
Carlos Arturo Torres designed a prosthetic arm that acts as a creative platform for kids, allowing them to build their own hand out of LEGO bricks and feel more confident.
"There were many problems I was trying to understand; the bad perception that kids have around prosthetics, the deep focus that companies have on engineering and not the human part of a kid in disability, the social isolation of a kid because of his condition and how hard can be for them to build a strong self-esteem," the designer said.
As a national partner, LEGO provides bricks to Girls on the Run teams so that they, too, can unleash creativity and confidence.
